ORDER POLICY

For customers within Australia

No minimum amount applies to your order. You can order as much or as little as you like. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST as we are not registered to collect GST. Postage costs will be added to your order total at check out.

For customers outside Australia

We are unable to process international orders however, you may place an order as a gift to someone in Australia.

Where and how to order

Simply click on the categories from the menu on the top and start browsing. Each item will have a "more info" button where you can learn more about the product. When you see an item you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Continue this process until you have finished. When you have finished shopping, click on "Check out" situated at the top of the right panel of the website and it will show you what you have ordered. When you are happy, click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to complete some personal details including you name and address and you will be asked how you would like to pay for the order. Select the method of payment and follow the prompts.

POSTAGE

Dispatch of your order

Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post regular mail or Express post within 48 hours of your payment clearing. The postage amount varies as to your order weight, you can find the postage cost by adding the product to your cart and follow the steps to checkout, or please email us for a quote.

Delivery

We endeavour to post your order within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. Orders are processed and dispatched during business hours only. Once your item is posted, delivery time will be dependent on Australia Post. Please be aware that during peak times, postage can take longer. If ordering for Christmas please allow at least 10 days from the time your order. Although we attempt to keep to your times frames, no responsibility can be taken for order time frames as once it leaves our premises it is out of our control.
If ordering a large quantity of products, you may be required to collect your parcel from your local post office. In this case, a card will be left by Australia Post at your address to advise you of this.

Refunds

If you change your mind, we are unable to refund you or accept returns as we can not guarantee that the product has remained unopened and unused.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for us to assess the review the damage. we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.

Method of Refunds

Hand To Remember will refund to your credit card, bank account (if provided with your account details), PayPal or a credit voucher to be used at Hand to Remember.

How to Make a Return for damaged or faulty goods.

In the case of damaged or faulty goods. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the product/s. we ask that you contact us first to obtain an approved RA number then print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in the condition that it was received with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt. Any returns without an approved RA number will be rejected.
