How much does it cost to bronze?

If requesting a price for shoes or uncommon items, we will need to know the measurements and description of your item i.e. length, width and height etc. The best option is to email a photo of the item along with the measurements and description of the finish you would like.

For most general items such as baby shoes and dummies, we are can provide a quick estimate over the phone.

What can you bronze?

We are able to bronze any item you may have, providing it is not made of metal. Buckles etc in shoes are fine.

How long does it take for an item to be bronzed?

Approximately 6-8 weeks, we are able to provide a priority service which naturally will cost a little more.

How do I arrange to get my babies shoes bronzed?

We’ll provide you with shipping details and a invoice to make payment when you contact us.

What bronzed finishes are available?

We offer three different colours (Copper, Nickel and 24ct Gold) for you to choose from. Our most popular finish is copper which we can also apply an antique finish, making it look dark around creases and stitching. You can also choose to have your bronzed baby keepsake finished in a Gloss or Matt protective clear coat.

Do I have to drop off my bronzing items or can I post them to you?

You are welcome to drop into our studio located in Cranebrook, NSW. Or you can post them to us if you live interstate.

What’s the best time to have my belly cast taken?

We recommend having your pregnant belly casting taken in your last trimester, between 35-36weeks. Do not leave making your appointment to late, bubs have a mind of their own when it comes to the birth date.

Do I have to have my boobs included in the belly cast?

No, it’s up to you what you would like included in your belly cast.

Can my partner come when I have the belly cast done?

Yes, they are welcome come along and watch, help or take photos if you would like.

Do I need to take my body jewellery out before the cast is done?

Yes, we recommend removing body jewellery as the cast can set tight around them which can prevent the belly cast from being removed.

How long does it take to do the belly cast?

Approximately 45-60 minutes depending what you have included in the cast.

What do I need to wear on the day?

We recommend wearing old clothing and underwear, the process can be a little messy but mostly from runoff water.

What can I paint my belly cast with?

You can add your own personal touch to the belly cast with any Acrylic or Enamel paints.

Can you repair damaged belly casts?

Yes we can most of the time. Depending on the finish of the cast we are able to repair them.

Do you come to our home or do hospital visits?

Unfortunately we don’t offer home visits or hospital visit service. All baby castings are taken in our studio by appointment only.

Is the process safe for my baby?

Yes it is. The moulding gel is a non-toxic natural product that won’t harm your little one.

How long does it take to do the moulds?

It only take around half an hour to take the moulds of your babies hands and feet.

What is the best age to do the hands and feet sculptures?

We find the best time is when your little treasure is still tiny, within the first 1-4 weeks will give you the best memories. Because they grow so fast and you don’t want to miss out on that special time, but they can be done at any age that suits you.

How long will it be before the framed sculptures would be finished?

The average time is 8 weeks. In the colder months, it can take a little longer.

Can I choose what colour the hands and feet are as well as the frame?

Yes, of course you can. It’s your special keepsake. We offer a wide range of colours to pick from and is growing all the time.

Can you ship my babies frame to me when it’s finished?

No, we do not offer shipping from framed keepsakes via a courier. Once your keepsake frame is finished, you will need to collect it from our studio.

Do you take the photo that goes in the frame?

The photo to be included in the framed sculptures is to be supplied by you. Photography is not included.

Can you repair my damaged framed sculptures?

Yes we can. We offer a repair service for framed baby sculptures…even if it was done by someone else. Pricing for repairs can only be provided after inspection.

What is the jewellery made from?

All jewellery pieces are based on precious metal, and coated in Nickel. Jewellery should not be worn for prolonged periods of time and/or when wearing sunscreen, perfume, lotions etc. Personalised jewellery is designed to be worn as a special occasion piece.

Can I have something different engraved on the jewellery?

If you have something special in-mind, please call the studio to discuss your idea, we love different! Since we create your jewellery for you and we are not agents, we can come up with some amazing keepsake pieces for you.

How long will it take to receive my jewellery?

Depending on the shipping option you selected and time it take to receive your capture print back in the studio. On average, it should take around two weeks, please allow extra time around peak seasons.

How do I clean my jewellery?

You can clean your personalised jewellery with standard jewellery cleaning solution, do not use hash cleaners as it may affect the Nickel coating.

Is there an age limit for personalised printed items?

No, as long as the hand, foot or fingerprint can fit on approximately half of an A4 piece of paper. For the best baby fingerprint result, you are best to capture your little bub at around 3-6 months of age.

Can I have multiple colours on the one mug?

Please contact us to discuss your ideas. Mugs, stubby holders and wine cooler bags have some limitations.

How long will it take to receive my mug or stubby holder?

Depending on shipping option you selected and the time it takes to receive your capture print back. On average, it normally takes around two weeks…plus shipping time.

How do we get the personalised printed items and what happens?

Once you order your personalised printed item, we’ll send you a capture kit in the post. When you receive the kit, simply take the print, complete the order form then scan and email the prints or send it back in the return envelope…we’ll take care of the rest.

What online payment options are available?

We use PayPal to handle our secure online payment system, You do not need an account with PayPal to use our checkout. You have a choice paying with your credit card, debit card and PayPal credit.

Direct deposit/ Bank deposit is also available at checkout, once you have submitted your order, please contact us for account details.

Can I get a gift voucher sent to a friend?

Of course you can. That’s the perfect way to solve the problem of what would they like. The gift voucher can be emailed direct to yourself or your friend, and attached to the email ready for you to print.

How long do Gift Vouchers last for?

Gift vouchers have an expiry date, 6 months from date of purchase; please make sure that special person receiving them knows.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depends on the shipping option you select and what product your have purchased. If you need a present or gift for a special day, please contact us and discuss your needs.

We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Can I return an item if it’s not what I expected?

Yes, we accept returns within seven week of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending your item back to obtain a RA number, items will only be accepted for return if unopened and not damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable, we do not cover return shipping. Returns are not available for personalised printed items or custom made orders.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging and contents, contact us immediately via email, you will need to include a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging, please quote your order number when contacting us. Once we have assessed the damage/images, you will be provided with a case number that must be taken with all packaging material and content to your local post office for final assessment.
